“Terrorist material” found in blogging site resulted to shut down

Undeniably, today, we have the most sophisticated platform / media in sharing our thoughts and other information. The includes our day to day stuff up to the most secretive information we can ever imagine.

In the latest technology news, blogging site Blogetery.com was shut down by its host for having a “link to terrorist material” and an al-Qaeda “hit list”. More than 70,000 blogs were affected by the webhost’s action,Burstnet.

The webhost’s action was followed by an outrage reaction from the bloggers who were using the said platform. Blogetary.com responded that they were even “terminated without any notification or explanation.”

Bursnet, depended their action and said “The posted material, in addition to potentially inciting dangerous activities, specifically violated the BurstNet acceptable use policy”.

A lot of internet materials were totally lost, owners felt like a total devastation of their properties. What really bothers them was the action of the hosting firm without prior notice.
