Johannesburg, South Africa, Paris Hilton’s drug charge has been dropped by judge.
Friday, Paris was arrested and detained for suspicion of marijuana possession along with her another woman named Jennifer Rovero. The two were taken into custody at the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium on the said charges, police said in a statement. Rovero works as a freelance photographer for Hilton.

According to Hilton’s publicist Dawn Miller, the incident “was a complete misunderstanding, and it was actually another person in the group who did it.”
“The authorities have apologized for wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with the incident,” Miller said.
