Lindsay Lohan faces $1 Million lawsuit from Former Betty Ford Center Employee

Posted on 22 July 2011 by Ariane Richelle A. Villanueva

Aside from latest appearances of Lindsay Lohan, the troubled actress might have another appearance in court as she faces $1 million lawsuit from a former Betty Ford Center employee who claims the rehabbing actress assaulted her in December 2010.

Lindsay Lohan has been alleged of throwing a phone and grabbing Dawn Bradley’s (formerly Dawn Hollad) wrist after being asked to submit to a breathalyzer test.

Bradley claims that she sustained “significant injury” and post-traumatic stress, and is seeking $1 million in damages, plus medical expenses.

Bradley was fired by the Ford Center for violating patient confidentiality, shortly after her confrontation with Lohan.

Prosecutors elected not to charge Lohan with a crime for the alleged incident.

The latest civil suit brought by Bradley is just one of the cases that the troubled actress faced.

Aside from this latest case, Lohan also appeared in court for a progress report on her compliance with the terms of her misdemeanor theft no contest plea.

Camera’s are starting to roll out for troubled actress Lindsay Lohan as she hopes for come back to acting.

In latest photoshoot of Tyler Shields posted in his website, he featured Lindsay Lohan in a  late-night shoot in downtown L.A.

The photoshoot’s story is more of a  fatal love triangle and branded the images

A little romance never hurt anyone until it ended.

One of the images shows Lohan stands over Falls with a blood-drenched knife.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that Lohan is already working for an acting role, not in a movie but in a music video of a rock band named MIGGS.

The actress wears risqué leopard skin dress and caked in make-up as she strutted around in a nightclub for the music video of Miggs’s latest single Let the Games begin.

Dubbed as party animal, the music video appears to be life imitating as Lindsay herself known for doing the same.

MIGGS is not yet that popular in the mainstream but with  Lindsay’s attention-grabbing appearance, it will somehow capture the number of attention Lindsay gets.

MIGGS appeared in various concerts as opening act for bands like  Maroon 5, Mandy Moore and Duran Duran.

For Lindsay Lohan, this might not be as much as she’s been doing before but this might be a good start for a come back.
